there were 28 mcqs, 2 question (3 marks), 2 questions (5 marks), total 32 questions (total 44 marks)
Detailed questions i could remember were
1. Organizations operate under which environment (3 marks)
2. What is System and what is open and closed system (3 marks)
3. Managers have to deal with a lot of decision making, what of decision make at diferent situations in organization(5 marks)
4. What is Budgeting and what are he various budget techniques, elaborate (5 marks)
Many MCQS were from decision making so please prepare this chapter well, programmed/non programmed decision making
Risk, uncertainty, Certainty, bounded rationality.
It was easy as a whole.
