Once, Mr. Aftab Ahmed, CEO of the Global Inc visited Bangladesh and astonished to find out the investment opportunities and hence decided to expand his company to Bangladesh. Seeing the brilliance and competence of Mr. Ali, he appointed him managing director of Bangladesh region. With this new position, do you think Ali can universally apply the management concepts that he have learned? Give rationale.

Mr Ali (its me :p) is working as MANAGER his post changes to MANAGING DIRECTOR coz MR.AFTAB AHMED SAHAB appointed him so wat i think managers are more likely concerned with the work directly and can show skills on the other hand Managing director controls managers.

15 yrs is enough time to learn about the workings of management.
to an extent he can apply his concepts universally, but he will face issues in terms of human skills that is due to the communication gap, that is he will have to face the cultural differences apart from that he will have to adapt to the workers there, rather than expect them to adapt to his ways other than that being in the respective field for almost 15 yrs he should've gained enough experience to work his way through, not a proper answer but like valid arguments.

Mr. Ali is working in company from last 15 years as manager and doing all the work its mean he is well experienced with hi job. He is fulfilling almost all the management principles.
He is directed to his workers and also touches with his CEO its mean he is middle level Manager. He got new designation in new company but the Management principles applied on his both designations.
But he would face new difficulties and new challenges because there is change in country and there is new company. He would face all the constraints off Bangladeshi GOVT and new benefits or opportunities. Internal control and level of Mr.Ali remain same, but there are new economic factors there etc policies, taxes, money rate.
