Fashion Inn is a local garment factory in Faisalabad. His owner Mr. Sadiq is not very well educated but has a good sense of business. He is very polite with his workers and staff and treats them like a family. Usually he prefers to take opinion from his staff and workers before making a final decision. Mr. Sadiq owns the land of the factory plus has good financial support. He also has good contact with some politicians. 

In these days he is looking for suppliers from whom he can purchase his raw martial in some cheaper prices as he is thinking to lower down his prices in coming season. In addition to that he is not satisfied with the quality of the raw material. He has also heard from his manager that one of his competitors is planning to explore Europe market by exporting ready made garments. Seasonal change in the garment business is problematic in sense that he has to deliver his supply well on time in the market to secure confirm sale and profit. 

Economic downturn and inflation has also adversely affected the purchasing power of people in Pakistan.

Attitude of a person to his/her work is called job satisfaction.
Job satisfaction is the collection of feelings and beliefs people have about
their current jobs.
Factors in Job satisfaction1. The work itself
If the work is satisfactory to the person then he/she feel satisfied
for example if the duty technical work taken from the nontechnical
person then he will feel unsatisfied. The work should be
challenging to the person and relevant to him/her.

2. Remuneration
It is the most important part of job satisfaction. If the
remunerations are fair then the person will feel satisfied from the
job otherwise not.

3. co-worker
If the assistants and the staff working under the person, then he/she
‘ll feel more satisfactory and vice versa.

4. Promotion
If there are chances of promotion then the person will feel job
satisfaction and vice versa.

5. Attitude of higher Authority

6. Colleagues Attitude
If the colleagues are not co-operative and the social relation does

8. Working Conditions
If the work conditions are safe, the employee will feel more
satisfied from the job otherwise not.

9. Job Security
If there is a culture of eliminating employees without considerable
reasons, the employee feel dissatisfied from the job.

10. Risk
If there is risk fire, electric shock etc. then the employees will feel
dissatisfied from the job.

11. Reward system
Effective Reward system let there employees more satisfied from
the job.

12. Authority, Power
If an employee does not have the authority and power that he
deserve then he ‘ll feel dissatisfied from the job.

13. Retirement Benefits
If there are reasonable retirement and ‘on job death’ benefits then
the employees will feel more satisfied otherwise not.

3-Loyalty: Passively but optimistically waiting for conditions to improve, including speaking up for the organization in the face of external criticism, and trusting the organization and its management to “do the right thing.”

4-Neglect: Passively allowing conditions to worsen, including chronic absenteeism or lateness, reduced effort, and increased error rate. Exit and neglect behaviors encompass our performance variables—productivity, absenteeism, and turnover.

Voice and loyalty are constructive behaviors allow individuals to tolerate unpleasant situations or to revive satisfactory working conditions. It helps us to understand situations, such as those sometimes found among unionized workers, where low job satisfaction is coupled with low turnover.

In case of the Socks manufacturing organization, the strategy to attract foreign customers.
• Product differentiation
Our product (Socks) is manufactured with the best cotton of our country. The cotton which is used for production is collected from registered buyers. So during the processing we can better utilize the quantity. The Socks manufactured in our company are fully tested before the launch of product in the market. So we don’t have any issue regarding to the quality of product.
• Product advantages
Our Socks are easy to carry. I mean to say that customer can use it for multiple purposes. Like for sports and casual wear. We have a separate department, which especially work for the development of new styles by taking care of the comfort level. I mean to say that we not only have latest style but also the product quality is according to the standards. Also the durability is our one of the main purpose. Out Socks are durable. 
•Promoting sales 
We have the best sport brands like Nike, Puma etc are our customers. We have a name in the market regarding to our products that our products are much more comfortable. Also we have most attracting prices. So every one easily can have the access to our products.
• Process management 
We have the best supply management system. Our production system is up to the standards. We have the high tech machinery. So we can fulfill our commitments in time.
That is the reason we have a good reputation in the market.

Answer:

To evaluate the foreign demands I need to have such an efficient system. So I can achieve the maximum out put of the company. I need to have updated machinery to meet the demands. Also I need to provide such a healthy environment for my employees so they can maximum utilize their capabilities and we can have the best team for to meet any demand. 

Also the experienced management, which can better understand the behavior of the market. So they can face any upcoming challenge. And we can have better reputation in the market. I mean to say that then we will be able to provide the best of our services and products.

Now for the customer satisfaction: we need to work on our marketing strategies. Like the advertisement, to provide information to the customers about the features of our Socks. Also we need to work on the communication skills or our management. I mean to say that better we can communicate to our customers (Best way to provide the knowledge of product to the customer) the best we can satisfy our customer. So we can say it is more about the customer dealing. But also the quality of product.
