Tuesday, July 05, 2011 Posted In CS and IT Edit ThisIs WiFi sufficient for wireless connection? Or is any other wireless technology better than it. Argue your answer with detail reason.
Solution:
For home internet, WiFi is best. Other wireless connections are 3G and 4G, but they are often costly and don't really compare to WiFi. Depending on the size of your house, there are different levels of WiFi you might need. 2000sq. ft. or less can use a wireless-G router, while larger homes need a Wireless-N router. If you have built-in wireless, it will work but make sure any external WiFi USB sticks or PCI cards match with your Wireless-G, or N connection.
YOU CAN MAKE 2 POSSIBLE OUTCOMES FROM THE ABOVE PHRASE,
::::::::::::::::::::
Theoretically there is a very good possibility. The fault with wireless signals is that it gets attenuated with distance. Double the distance and the signal strength becomes one fourth. Inverse square law.
That great scientist and engineer and inventor Nikolai Tesla had done much work with longitudinal electromagnetic waves and one advantage is that it does not lose its strength by traveling distances.
But this technology is not yet implemented because only Tesla knew how to do it.
::::::::::::::::::::::
There is wimax it's new and few people know of it but it has a longer range so you could pretty much be somewhere else like down the street and still get full signal strength and it is 4g speed clear is the company that provides it you should look it up.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Yes. Wifi = wireless. 3G/4G aren't anywhere near as good as wireless. It also depends on your router. I'd get a good B/G/N router. (I have a Netgear WNDR3700 and it goes up to 350 Mbps.)
Only other wireless Internet connection I know is 3G/4G, and compared to an average home Internet connection they aren't too reliable or fast. So yeah, use WiFi

Tuesday, July 05, 2011 Posted In CS and IT Edit ThisDear Students! Your GDB will be conducted on 5th July to 6th July 2011 be ready to post your comments on these specified days topic is given below :
“NP complete problems are solvable /decidable problems.” Support or contradict the statement with solid arguments with respect to time constraints. Only two to three sentences are required to give the complete idea.
Guidelines:
Brief answer with solid arguments is the requirement for good grading .Your comments should be in your own words; in case of cheating or making copy of other students will be graded as zero.
please Discuss
SOLUTION:
I happen to know that anything problem that can be decided by a non-deterministic turing machine can also be decided by a turing machine (just slower), so NP problems should be all decidable.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Not a computer scientist, but doesn't being NP mean that the problem is decidable in polynomial time, on a non-deterministic turing machine? I happen to know that anything problem that can be decided by a non-deterministic turing machine can also be decided by a turing machine (just slower), so NP problems should be all decidable.

Structures and Classes are very important data structures used in C / C++. You as a programmer has a choice to use any of them
as Structures and Classes do provide features some what similar but only with some differences. Now you are given a task
to code either using Structures or Classes.
Please give your justification in favor or against of any one you will use for coding.
SOLUTION:
Use classes in coding due to the following characteristics.
Structures has only data variables gathered, grouped and named as a single entity, but in classes there are both data members and as well as functions to manipulate data members.
In structures data variables are by default public and are visible to all and every one can change them. But the data members and member functions are by default are private and are not visible to every one. In classed we can make the member functions public to manipulate the data members so these are visible to every one and by making data members private we can hide them. So one cannot change the values wrongly.
