Your firm is going to sale one segment of their products through “personal selling”. In Your opinion, what will be its expected contribution for customers, business firms and Society individually.

Personal selling.
Personal selling means to sell the things by sending the worker to contact with the people at home, at markets and in the society. It means direct contact with the relevant people to get favor for the product.

 Customers
With the help of personal selling company find new customers and also Personal selling is Involving close contact with the customer and its build strong relationship with the customer and gains the customer trust and long term loyalty about the product. So that to obtain relatively high degree of personal attention of customers. There must be an effective face to face communication of salesperson to the customer with purpose of selling product or services. Build a long term relationship with customer to develop sales force. Influence strongly to the customer.  Endow with high priority feedback Take a great impact on customer. Make buyers feel to listen and respond.

 Business firms

From the business firm point of view the personal selling is a benefit for them in term of saving the marketing expense of the firm. And also with the help of personal selling company find new customers and also Personal selling is Involving close contact with the customer and its build strong relationship with the customer and gains the customer trust and long term loyalty about the product. Also company make the strong  relation with the customer because if customer has some complain about the product they tell to the sales staff of the company on spot.
