According to Weber, organizations are means to achieve the certain ends. Similarly Fayol is of the view that if organizations follow certain managerial principles they can achieve their goals and objectives. Being the student of Public Administration, you are required to study Weber’s bureaucracy and Fayol’s principles of management carefully for answering the following questions.”
