To describe yourself as a team leader is better because only one person no longer can understand all matters which need attention and solution. Team leadership is the only way in which people shared power and ideas to achieve desire outcome. solo leader no more can adjust because solo leader only gives orders and there is no chance of creativity and effectiveness.To describe you as team leader is much better because main objective of team leader is to build effectiveness and efficiency as team leader focus on integrity, creativity, fairness and empower his members how to work as a team.Team leader helps to build trust and utilize feedback in real manners because appropriate feedback helps to resolve conflict and problem resolution.
