4) quality of product make it sure to be fresh available to the customer
5) time it takes from a product being conceived until its being available for sale
6) It is important in industries where products are outmoded quickly
7) How customer satisfied with over brand what they were expected form us
what they want what's there need what make them delighted.

Satisfy customer is the asset of organization hence provides them what they need delivered at a reasonable cost with best quality, it make the organization profitable and retaining and acquirers new customer.

Major objectives
The major objective is customer satisfaction not only satisfy also delight them and make loyal them to product brand. As sandwich, make sure that specific sandwich is according to need of customer or say that over brand is conversion of need and want of customer Cost is very important such like brands if we offer low cost it not only retain the customer but also delight them With low cost and better Quality, better Quality means just fresh mouthwatering sandwich provide them in time to there table. Multi of brand is very necessary in such type of product so make sure which customer like chicken so provide him chicken sandwiches with multi of brand for example, cheese with beef sandwich, and egg garlic salsa with butter touch. Also how to capture competitive edge in market, and how can we benefit for this lead Make one brand as over leading brand with low cost and fresh quality which is according to need of all customers
