Being the student of Total Quality Management (MGT 510) how would you assure the quality dimensions for products and services? (Marks=3)
Further you are required to determine / assure the quality in the given cases (a product and a service) by pursuing the quality assurance parameters / dimensions you learnt from course lectures.

Having a cellular phone has become a necessity rather than status symbols now days. Many types of mobiles are available in the market. They vary in brand names, price and quality. Your friend wants to buy a mobile phone and ask you to help him/her in taking the decision to purchase the new cell phone. Your friend is too much conscious about the quality of product. Now what will you recommend him/her to assure the quality of the mobile phone of two different brands available in the market.

Suppose you are doing job in a location far away from your native city. You have to travel at every weekend to meet your family. You always preferred to travel though the best busservice. Now the bus service companies have increased the fare as a result of rise in fuel prices. Due to this reason it becomes unaffordable for you to select the No. 01 bus service. You want to choose the other available bus service that is economical. So how will you compare/determinethe quality of those two bus services?
